By visiting or purchasing any products at this website, you accept the following Terms and Conditions contract. Please take a moment to review them carefully.  

LED Lumens Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LED Lumens Ltd. offers free shipping on all orders within the UK.  Shipping to most other countries in Europe is available for £9 + VAT. We will adjust your order amount to reflect the shipping charges if you are placing your order outside the UK. LED Lumens Ltd. reserves the right to cancel if we are unable to ship to your country. Any cancelled orders will be refunded. Please note there may be currency variations.  

Items shipped are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Orders are usually processed within four (4) days after payment is received.  Most purchases ship to arrive within seven (7) business days of receipt of the order. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email. Items sent directly from our suppliers may not ship together.

When your order is processed, a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email notification. This email will include the tracking number for your reference. If you order several items they may not ship from the same location or at the same time. Therefore you will receive tracking numbers for each individual shipment once they are sent. Some orders might be partially fulfilled. Products that are not in stock, may be backordered, or cancelled.

The prices on this website are in pounds.

RETURNS

All of our products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If you are not satisfied, please contact us sales@ledlumens.co.uk. 

If an item does have a defect LED Lumens Ltd. will provide a replacement or refund without charge after written authorization. If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased in the last thirty (30) days, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can do so by contacting us at sales@ledlumens.co.uk. 

Please note that refunds are for the purchase price and do not include P&P. You are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Items incurring an additional charge from customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and import duties.

Please note your replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty good(s) are returned. Once your return has been processed it may take up to 14 days for your refund to clear or replacement to ship. You will be informed via email of when your item(s) has arrived back and when the replacement has been shipped. If, for any reason, an item is not available you will be contacted via email as well.

Notice of a defect must be received within one (1) year from date of purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LED Lumens obligation under this warranty does not exceed beyond the initial cost of the product. LED Lumens Ltd. and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages including, without limitation, lost revenue, damages to goods or services, costs of replacement goods or labor costs.

On occasion the information on our website may contain errors or omissions related to specifications, colors, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct and update this information at our discretion without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an error or omission.
